With 4 swimming pools, there was plenty of choice for adults and children. Location was great with beach across the road and Bangla Rd a short walk. Rooms were clean and modern with recent renovation.

The length of time for check-in and room booked was not available, resulting in us staying in twin beds.

Pool scene is excellent. General decoration is good. Staff very pleasant

Hotel still very much under renovation. Told we had been upgraded but corridors leading to room were filthy, littered with loads of cigarette ends from workers. Painter on our terrace whilst we were in the room. For £180+ per night the hotel was far too expensive because of ongoing works. Checked out after only one night stay which is a shame because we have stayed at this hotel previously on three occasions and it has always been a favourite of ours

Walking distance to Bangla street and Patong beach. Nice stay

Price was higher than I was led to believe.

The location is perfect , everything in the room is new . Smart tv that you can connect with your phone .The location is near to the center and the bars just 5 minutes walking

Some times the bathroom was not so clean.

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Patong but the huge gardens boasting multiple pools provided a relaxing haven away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront strip.

staff is undertrained and the food was disgusting. extremely poor quality and poorly cooked

Food was sometimes scarce. Only one chef on egg station created long queues on most breakfast times

The abundance of pools

Half the property was under repair especially the facilities closest to the beach
