The rooms were very comfortable and clean (I was in the new wing.) The pool area was very pleasant. The service in Trader Vic's in the evening was very good.

I would have preferred a room with a pool view as my city view wasn't great and there was a bit of construction noise in the afternoon. I didn't use the balcony as there wasn't much of a view!

Everything was very good; good location; near Grand Mosque for prayer

Fantastic room, great pool and breakfast, the team there are fantastic, will come back, and recommend to my friends, with kids, good valet parking and beautful lobby, very clean and good wifi. tv is good and in room food is reallly good and big portions.

i work in this industry so i know what to look for, to be honest, i checked everything, there was not anything to find. in room amenities such as tea and coffee was good but could be a little more such as milk and coffee. but this is me being very very very picky. Well done Rotana Team, very good. Breakfast manager maybe Egyptian gentalman

Food

The room was lovely and the pool area is great with a lovely area to sit, great service, we did not order breakfast. There is Trader Vicks and room menu too so a very comfortable stay, definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed our stay and I would return again.
