Outstanding hospitality, brilliant spread of food, super taste and quality

Everything - from the greeting on arrival, to the attentiveness and friendliness of the whole staff, to the beautiful accommodation and the fantastic food. Truly an exceptional hotel.

One cannot express how truly incredible the service at Vanyavilas is - I know this is a common theme in the comments and I was somewhat skeptical - but truly you are treated like family. No request is too much - the staff are wonderfully friendly and willing to take time to ensure you are well looked after. A wonderful location, wonderful rooms, a beautiful main building and gorgeous grounds. The pool area is beautiful too. Just by comparison - we left Oberoi and moved to Six Senses Fort Barwara and the difference could not have been more pronounced - Oberoi Vanyavilas is truly in a league of its own.

Only feedback in my opinion is that the spa and wellness offering seems to cater more to women without obvious offerings for men - the menu isn’t too clear in terms of what the treatments are. But I’m sure some guests much prefer this holistic wellness approach, so it is just personal preference. It’s a shame also there isn’t a Hammam or sauna/steam area.

What an incredible experience — this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the location right next to the national park is perfect for safari experiences. From the very first moment, the welcome felt magical and truly special. Every single member of the staff constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is exceptional. We were also extremely well taken care of during our safaris, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. One of the most impressive surprises was that the hotel offers professional camera equipment for guests to use. These are not ordinary cameras, but high-end professional cameras and lenses worth thousands of dollars. This was incredibly helpful for our tiger safaris, and honestly, I wish I had known this before bringing my own equipment. This hotel combines luxury, hospitality, and unforgettable wildlife experiences in the most perfect way.
