It was a very pleasant holiday hotel, the staff are super helpful and friendly.

the lift was unable to take people, just luggage. My friend did struggle with the stairs. I believe the problem is temporary. The bar opening times are little restricted.

Bathroom door fell off hinges on our last night and nobody available to fix until the next morning.

Nice quiet area

We got a Junior Family Suite for our stay. The description says it’s a split level room. The photo also showed a bathtub. Our room was not split level and the bathroom had no bathtub. The shower was also extremely tiny (I would hit my elbows when I shower). When I asked why our room looked nothing like the description - we were told this was an alternative layout and that we should have requested for a bathtub to be given one. While I’m normally not so fussy, I would have appreciated if this alternative layout and tiny shower was accurately described in the main booking page so I would have known what we were really getting for a “junior family suite “. It felt very misleading and the explanation given by the front desk was unapologetic and almost condescending.
