Palatium Mari

A fantastic location just a few minutes walk up the hill from the Grand Marina. The room was spacious with an enormous terrace, which included 2 sunbeds and a table and 4 chairs. Lovely pool and large garden area. Nice courtyard with wicker chairs and coffee tables amongst planting. Breakfast included, although there wasn't loads of food. very comfy bed. Lovey lady on reception kindly printed my boarding pass and was very welcoming.

This hotel could be top notch with some investment. A few maintenance issues included a wobbly loo seat, the shower head was blocked and water was pouring out of the side. There was a mini kitchen which had a sign saying there would be an additional cleaning charge if used. the exterior would benefit from a repaint. Planters need a refresh. This hotel could be amazing with some love. There's a 5 star hotel a minute away where the rooms are €1,900 per night. This place could be charging double the rate we paid if it was upgraded. I'd spend some money on the garden bar and surrounds and modernise the rooms, carry out some maintenance and it would repay the investment very quickly.

Close to the Marina Grande. Great to have a pool and the breakfast was great! Very accommodating and helpful hosts.

Location: Fantastic, central location that makes it easy to get everywhere across the island. Balcony View: The view from the room's balcony is absolutely stunning. Pool & Beach Access: Lovely swimming pool that sits conveniently close to the beach. Breakfast: Great breakfast selection to start the day.

The carpet inside the elevator is showing its age and could use a replacement.
