The reception staff are all amazing, the breakfast is OK

really friendly staff who assisted prior and during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal! We came to our daughter's graduation from IE and really were happy with our choice of hotel.

Bathroom sink draining really slow ( takes about a minute to completely drain the water from basin after closing the tap) , house keeping staff came said it’s normal. No ventilation in the bathroom

There was a lack of communication re roadworks and we had to drive around for over half an hour before I got out of the car and had to walk to the hotel for them to explain how we got in! It was an avoidable thing with an email, SMS etc I also would like to say that they were very uncooperative re a booking change , I made the booking eight months in advance and needed to cancel 1 of the nights but they wouldn’t let us !! Even with eight months notice ! Poor form really. Also we had tours on so they made us a packed breakfast as we had paid for breakfast , it was a nice gesture but it was a stale sandwich and cake
