Hotel Mirna - Terme & Wellness LifeClass

Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die sauberen Zimmer/Hotel und das tolle, freundliche Personal. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Super fand ich die Bezahlfunktion über die Zimmerkarte.

Nicht so gut gefallen haben mir der ohne vorherigen Hinweis geschlossene Pool, die umständliche und aus meiner Sicht lange steile Verbindung zum Strand oder mit Umwegen durch die benachbarten Hotels - nicht barrierefrei. 15€ für einen Schotterparkplatz außerhalb fand ich teuer. Auch 20€ pro Tag für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm sind meiner Meinung nach recht teuer. Hunde sollen 30€/pro Tag zusätzlich kosten.

Unfortunately, Hotel Mirna was a huge disappointment for us, and after this experience, we would definitely not stay there again. We arrived at around 9:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey, only to find the hotel closed. Without a key card, it was impossible to even enter the hotel, and there was no clear information anywhere about where guests arriving late were supposed to check in. On top of that, there was no parking directly at the hotel, so we were left tired and carrying our luggage, trying to figure out where to go and how to check in. Eventually, we found out that check-in for Hotel Mirna had to be done at Hotel Apoleon. When we asked about parking, we were simply directed to a public parking area. Unfortunately, the staff did not leave a particularly welcoming impression. We received almost no basic information – we were not told what time breakfast ended, when we could use the wellness facilities, or given any of the other information guests would normally expect upon check-in. After finally finding a parking space, we had to carry our luggage uphill to the hotel. After so many hours of driving and such a tiring day, this was really the last thing we needed. When we finally reached our room, we found several things that we were unhappy with, which is why I immediately sent a message to the hotel. However, despite this unpleasant experience, I would especially like to mention and praise Nika Vinković. She is truly an example of how guests should be treated. She was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. She contacted us, listened to our concerns, and genuinely made an effort to find a solution. Thanks to her, we were given another room at Hotel Grand. Arriving at Hotel Grand was a completely different experience. We were amazed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. At reception, we were welcomed warmly and with a smile, received all the information we needed, and finally felt that someone genuinely cared about us as guests.

I liked the location.

The rooms are old and renovation is needed. I was surprised that bathrobe was available at an additional charge. The breakfast should offer more. More fresh vegetables and dairy products. About pancakes I think they were frozen and not fresh.

There is a long way from the room to reach the pool ,too many stairs interact with another hotel.
