Good overnight stay hotel. Ok breakfast

The rooms are really big and good size for families with kids

I visited this hotel in July and the weather is a bit hot , they refuse to provide fans and the staying was uncomfortable for us and our family I don't think. I will not return back to it because there is no air conditioning

Some of the staff was friendlier then others. Decent breakfast and polite staff there.

Asked if I could extend the check-out one hour after the mentioned booking (11 CET was check-out). Got a no for an answer , which was ok. Then was asked if I could release the room one hour so that they may clean it. After going back from breakfast into the room door bell rings and I was asked if I can pay for the room in advance (before check-out) and leave the key at the desk when I get out as there will be no one there. In both days of the stay cleanining crew (I guess) opened the door without even knocking or asking if someone is in. Note that this was 8:00 CET and 8:30 CET No lights on the way to the room, had to use the flashlight to be able to unlock my door. Heating in the room was off (in winter on the bottom floor) even though I stated the timeframe of the checkin
