Palazzo Lion Morosini - Check in presso Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is very convenient, and one of the highlights was being able to stay all five of us together in the same room. The property is also close to one of the docks along the canal, with beautiful views toward the Rialto Bridge. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and kind, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain/plumbing. Also, reaching the property requires climbing a very high staircase, which can be quite difficult with large suitcases and may be especially challenging for guests with mobility issues. Another inconvenience is that check-in takes place at a different location from the accommodation. After arriving with luggage, this means having to walk to the check-in location and then walk again to the actual property, which can make the arrival more difficult. If you need a taxi from near the property, I strongly recommend arranging it the day before, as it may not be easy to find one immediately in the area.

On the canal, amazing location and helpful staff.

The walk from one building to another was easy, but could be a bit much for older folks. Easy for us.

The location

The shower was leaking and we found dirty underwear under the bed
