Las camas son comodas

A la habitación le falta mantenimiento. Al personal del restaurante le falta buena atención, vieron que nos sentamos y si no pregunto porque observamos que no se acercaba aunque nos habia visto al sentarnos, le pregunté y me dijo que tenía que ir a pedir hasta su barra, y cuando iba a pagar con tarjeta simplemente me dijeron que solo aceptan efectivo y no avisan que no reciben tarjetas, lo bueno que me alcanzó el cambio porque no ví interés por facilitar nada para que pudiera pagar con otros medios, ni nota dan del total, el mismo prepara los alimentos y cocina por lo que la higiene después de cobrar no se cumple.

No breakfast even when they offer it

You get what you paid for. It’s everything what a hotel should have from location to room expectations. It’s just outdated

It was an average place, location is great. Close enough to Walk to ADO ( bus stop ) food places, oxxo and even a food court type of place ( parque de las palapas ) Customer service was so average specially people of quitana roo are so friendly and welcoming than the experience was below my expectations

location was great - 8 minute walk to the ADO station and all the collectivos to Puerto Juarez (beach, ferries, etc). Lots of restaurants around, near the public square and activity there. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it). Rooms were clean and looked like they'd maybe been updated a bit.

The AC only had two speeds - off and full blast! Would have liked some moderation. The TV remote didn't seem to work (pushed the buttons but nothing happened - may have been an operator problem though:)). Main issue is the hotel doesn't have hotel-wide wifi. You have to go to the lobby - you can't get it in your room. That's obviously inconvenient if you want to work or watch a movie or something in your room.
