Excellent location, friendly staff, lovely clean pool area with nice relaxed atmosphere. Good value.

Great location as an alternative to bustling Puerto Rico. Within easy walking distance of PR and lovely Tauro and Cura beaches on the other side. Amadores beach in the middle, with plenty of excellent restaurants. Nice pool, with friendly pool bar service from Bong. Very handy Spar shop on ground floor.

Pillows not great. Smoke alarm flashing in bedroom (batteries running low, requested action but no change)

- out appartment was directly above pool bar. They had karaoke night and after midnight there was still noise and drunk people screaming. We called reception, however it was helpless.

Liked that it was quite but within walking distance to beach and porto rico only 20mins or so along walkway. Also taxis very reasonable priced if you wanted to go to town. Also bus stops close by too.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

- Staff amazing, worked so hard and were as helpful as they could be. Reacted well to a couple of large issues that arose - Lovely pool area and bar. Pool was actually heated which is great. Music, food and drinks at pool bar very good. - Large, spacious and well equipt rooms. Large balcony - All the kitchen utensils and delph required - Some rooms have double beds which are very comfortable - Spar supermarket right next door.

- Very disturbed sleep most nights. Walls are paper thin and seals on balcony doors are not great. If one loud person is in the complex it echoes around to every room. - Woken at 3.30am to two workmen with a trolley banging and talking loudly for 30mins. - Reception is not 24hr so there is only a phone number to call at night time. No one to tell people to be quiet. - Tiny ants around the living area - Bathrooms a bit dated, shower height and angle cannot be adjusted.

The view was amazing.

Single beds pulled together to make a double. Not nice for couples. Mattresses were really uncomfortable.

Unfortunately my 1 year old got very sick on this holiday and the reception desk and cleaners did all they could to help such as ringing a doctor for us ensuring we had enough linen etc

everything beautiful! 2 minutes from the sea! swimming pool always illuminated by the sun. nice staff and cleaning ladies too.! bongsbar is the best, the owner is a great friend to everyone and very nice. recommend to everyone !!!

There was nothing we didn't like

Lovely staff and in a great location. Decor is a little tired but for the price of the hotel it is expected. Very quiet hotel, ideal for couple or solo travellers, would not recommend for children

Reception and pool bar close very early. Maid only cleaned room once in a week’s stay. Would expect more regular change of towels / bedding and emptying of the bin.

Brilliant location..spacious apartments..staff are so friendly and Bong who runs the bar is fantastic..already booked for next year

Location was good,short walk to amadores beach,bongs bar was great but closes at random times,bong himself is an absolute gentleman and does amazing food,especially his Sunday bbq..

No reception before 10am,stayed in 407,no sun on balcony before 12.30,also would not recommend for families with children as pool is quite small and a lot of older residents ,,could not unplug kettle because wires were loose behind socket,also had bad ant infestation one morning but no reception to help,wouldn't stay again

Excellent apartments. WiFi in room was great. Great location. Bong who runs the pool bar is a great wee guy. We had a.road facing apartment and at first the road was a bit noisy but you soon get used to it and the views are worth it.. The balcony was excellent.

We were there for a week and the maid only came twice in that time which was no biggie but should have been a bit more. Any further into the season I'd imagine aircon would be needed.

Very comfortable apartments with everything you need. Was particularly hot when we arrived but we were able to hire a fan from reception which helped enormously and very reasonable hire cost.

Slightly hilly for us as we're getting on in years. Good excuse to stop half way home for a beverage. 🍹👍

Relaxed, friendly and so close to the beach! nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff, cleaners or Bong at the pool bar.

There js nothing I can think of to complain about!

The apartment has a fab location, 5 to 10 min walk to beach. We had a lovely large balcony with a sea view. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Its in a quiet area, that really suited us. Its not too far to walk to puerto rico but a taxi is cheap and the restaurants deliver as well.

The apartment is a bit basic but in fairness that's my fault as I didn't realise it was a 2 star.
