didn’t have a reception desk so it felt like home away from home. it’s close to the town centre but far enough away to be relaxing. it was luxurious and the sourdough (fresh) was Devine. We can’t wait to go back.

beautiful villa with a lovely pool and lovely room to relax. great breakfast provided as well.

shared communal kitchen and living isn’t for everyone but we were there one night so perfect for us. also unclear what breakfast items we could help ourselves to but overall what we had was delicious.

The moment you step inside the villa, it felt like you came home to Byron Bay for good! It was the perfect place to relax, recharge and just forget about time. Beach and city center are all within 10-15 walk. Or hire an ebike. Ned is just a call away for whatever concern you have. The place is perfect for families or group of friends. Rooms are big and each with a lanai or private veranda. Ned said rain water pool is heated to 24C year round.

The standout for me was the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning.

Couple of the towels had marks on them.

Such a wonderful stay here! Veronica and Pat were super attentive and kind going above and beyond to help us have an enjoyable stay.

Very cute place. Lots of style. Appears to be run, managed and cleaned by the same group of people who own it. The garden outside was sweet; made it feel like you were in someone’s little backyard.
