Seren Villa

Seren villa was meticulously clean and a great place to stay. We arrived past normal check-in time, and David and Christine were very responsive and it wasn’t a problem at all. The rooms were very nice and exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay here again!

Good location close to the town centre and the theatre, clean room, good facilities

Nothing

Perfect in every way, absolutely spotless, great people and atmosphere. Room was a delight and Seren Villa is in a great location.

It was quiet, beds were comfortable and there was always tea coffee available in our rooms.

The showers didn’t always have warm water. You would need to be up before other rooms to have warm water but in the evenings or late afternoon there was no hot water. Shower cubicles were small, not a lot of space in them. Each room had a key and we had booked 6 rooms with children of ages 14 and 17 who never had to look after a key before. However this was the first time they had to look after their own keys it’s only natural they will forget to pick up their key before they left their room and would get locked out. This was unacceptable to the staff. they did say ring the bell for anything we need and as many times if we need anything. The children were made to feel guilty and we all felt we couldn’t ask for anything. Bedrooms had Cob webs otherwise looked lovely. There was no where to get water, had to use the bathroom sink for the kettle. Dining area was made available as a good will gesture however we only used this one as it was only available between 6 and 8pm. Having had a late lunch we would eat around 8 - 9pm. Overall the staff were polite and friendly until we rang the bell requesting a duplicate key.
