Fomos prontamente atendidos quando solicitamos o cancelamento da reserva por conta da insatisfação reportada abaixo.

Já havíamos nos hospedado nesse hotel algumas vezes, mas não sabíamos que ele se desfez da área onde ficamos muito bem alojados das outras vezes. Ficamos na casa principal, que fica bem próximo da avenida, que é extremamente ruidosa ao longo de todo dia. Não foi possível dormir por conta dos barulhos de motos e carros acelarando na rua durante toda madrigada.

Localização para quem tem compromissos próximos à UFSC

Não podemos chamar a acomodação de hotel e sim de uma casa adaptada com quartos para receber desavisados. Antigamente o local era muito bom, atualmente, não pode ser chamado nem de pensão. Todo o imóvel foi porcamente adaptado para ser transformado em quartos mal feitos. As tomadas não tem nem proteção, o chuveiro sai pouquíssima água, não recebemos nem sabão em barra para tomar banho. Toalhas extremamente desgastadas e rasgadas. Não bastando, os lençóis estavam sujos. Não recomendo! Existem hotéis melhores na região por um preço muito semelhante.

Localização.

Pousada deve estar falindo. Falta funcionários, não tem toalhas para troca. Tive que pedir para trazer toalhas 7 dias. Não têm um prato/talher para emprestar. Café terceirizado, bem trivial. Quarto caindo aos pedaços. Pousada ao "Deus dará". Guaritas desativadas. Tive que pedir para trocar a tampa do vaso rachada. Muito aquém das imagens. Não vale o preço que cobram, definitivamente.

I came back to this place after almost ten years and what I found was highly disappointing and sad... Quinta da Bica used to be a sanctuary in the middle of the city, but nearly all the trees were gone when I arrived. What was worst and more dramatic was the fact they were still in the process of removing the trees while I was there. I asked some of the employees, and everyone was full of discontent. "The owner went crazy", they said. Indeed, I saw the old man, the property owner, giving orders to cut the trees from the land with my own eyes. I believe what has happened is a crime because there was no reason or project to justify cutting all the trees. Actually, I heard someone saying the reason was simply to eliminate the job of cleaning the falling leaves.
