The Leverage Lite Hotel - Kuala Kedah

So clean and comfortable

Erm maybe because of no lift

The staff. Give me a discount (RM50). The easy access. The location. The shops around the hotel. - Mixue, 7eleven, CU Mart, Tomyam restaurant.

My room is at 3rd floor.

Very near shops and marts downstairs. Near places to eat famous eataries

No comment. All is well for the money paid

Location was ok, but we knew that before.

Property is in very bad condition, sting of cigarettes everywhere, mould, everting dirty blood stains on the bad… hair in the sink, black mould on the toilet. And the worst part was stuff. Totally unprofessional they informed us that there is no elevator and laughed at me that I have to carry 3 big suitcases. Then when I came down to say that the room is dirty and full of cigarette smoke same guy had bary bad attitude to ma was making stupid faces and generally very unprofessional. Also photos are not showing the room how it is in person.
