We had a pleasant stay. Walking distance to the cable car to Lomnicky štít, train and all the restaurants around. We did not use a car at all. Facility perfect, clean, bedding’s smelled fresh and clean.
Everything was superb.

Wifi was NOT working, we contacted reception about it, but nothing happen. The reception aswell claimed that the guests of Magnolia receive a discount in hotel restaurant next door, but we did not receive any. The recommended restaurant (Olivia,4*) tried to charge us for dishes that we did not order that we noticed just a second before payment. The reception is in the different building than the accomodation.
