Drei Minuten von ITT, dem IU Medical Center, dem Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA und den Lawrence Soccer-Feldern entfernt. Etwa 10 Minuten vom Community North Hospital Campus entfernt. This little bungalow was the perfect spot for us. We chose it because of its proximity to our kids and new granddaughter- it was perfect! The other reviews said it was clean and well appointed and they were right. The hosts were also very easy to work with for booking, checkin, and checkout. Will definitely consider staying again.

The home was so comfortable, and clean. It was close to everything. We went to Broad Ripple and the home was close to the hotel where our child’s Marching band stayed. The home is close to the Lucas Oil Stadium where we watched the Grand National championships for Marching Bands. I’d recommend this place !

This was a very cute house with good function and flow. The kitchen was well stocked with various things like condiments, cooking utensils, and most things you would need to prepare a meal.
The hosts were great to work with. The husband met us at the property because he was turning on the lights so we could see to get in when we arrived, as it was past sunset when we arrived.
The twin beds had adjustable massage vibrators to help you relax after a long day exploring the area.

Very comfortable home, plenty of space and well equipped. Was conveniently located near family we were visiting and several near by attractions. Would definitely stay again when in area.

The property is very nice with everything you need for a great stay. Had things like seasoning for cooking and coffee was there with a Kerig. Very friendly host and very helpful and responsive to questions. Plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here!!! The owners are amazing people and went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was. The property was beautiful and very cozy. My wife, 2 kids, and I were very comfortable in this house. The owners even went to the trouble to set up cornhole and lawn chairs in the back yard for us to enjoy during our stay. Mrs. Cathy and Mr. Jim checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested places we could visit locally during our trip. We were in town for a youth bowling event and Mr. Jim took an opportunity to watch my son bowl during a practice session one day and offered him some tips, awesome people. I told my wife if we ever moved to Indianapolis I know where I would want to live. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My friend and I drove down from Michigan to see Dave Matthews Band at Deer Creek. This house was the perfect place for us to stay up and make some memories! The house was clean and lived up to every expectation we had from the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. My only issue was the shower as I’m very short and it was mounted high on the shower wall. I run into that problem a lot though. I hope to book again for DC 2024! Thank you Cathy for a wonderful stay!!

Was very impressed when we entered the bungalow, the house was immaculate and the decor was just right. We met Kathy and Jim really nice people and very helpful. We will be rebooking for our next vacation to Indianapolis. Thank you for making us feel at home.

What a wonderful home with such an impeccable yard. The owners really enjoy keeping the yard area beautiful. Kids really liked the adjustable//massage beds :)

Clean nice place. Would be good for a little family of four. The TVs are HDMI, not smart. The twin beds are narrow. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice to have shampoo provided. Quiet street.

This was a GREAT little house. Beds were extremely comfortable. The long driveway eased the worries of parking. Thank you for the bottle of wine which was enjoyed at the fire on a beautiful fall evening. This will DEFINITELY be a place to return when we are back in the area.
