Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the heart of Bellagio. Rosy was very helpful and welcoming, and there was plenty of space in the apartment for two couples. Lovely outside seating and lovely mountain views from every window.

lovely central location with excellent facilities in apartment. The accommodation was more spacious than what appears in photos.Rosie was always available and helpful if we had any queries. We had dinner in her restaurant in San Giovanni and we would recommend.

Excellent location in centre of town action, allows car access in ZTL section (restricted driving area), parking available, secure gated building

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Bellagio’s historic center. It is a very easy, flat 5-minute walk to the ferry dock, making day trips around Lake Como incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. What truly blew us away, however, was the owner's exceptional hospitality. We arrived during a terrible thunderstorm, and upon hearing that we had 4 large bags with us, she went completely out of her way to pick us up and drive us for check-in. That level of kindness and care is so rare and completely saved our arrival. We cannot recommend this place enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about it
