Loved the location and had a nice look. Helpful hosts got us through the multi step key process. However, as mentioned in other reviews there is an off putting sewage smell. The walls are also very thin making it hard to sleep along with the lack of airflow through the apartment. Overall worth a stay to explore this beautiful little town.

Nazaré is a nice place to stay, friendly people and a great view on the Atlantic Ocean.
The apartment is a typical case of „no competition“ where you can rent nearly every standard d because of the high demand. The building is old and not well maintained. There was a stank of sewerage in the whole apartment due to a poor installation of the drains.
The bed was also very old and the reality does not match with the picture in the internet.
Because the apartment is located over restaurants it is nothing for people looking for early sleep.
Ergo, would never rent it again. There are much better offers in Nazaré with the same view and at the front side of the beach.
