Hotel bien ubicado en la Praça da Batalha, Centro Historico do Porto, muy cerca de la Catedral. No cuenta con parking en las instalaciones sino en otro Hotel de la misma cadena ubicado a 3 cuadras. El proceso de check in un poco lento, tenian problemas con el sistema, incluso con la activacion de las llaves de acceso. La habitacion pequeña pero confortable, con vista a la plaza, impecable y pulcra, el baño magnifico, comodo, la cama supercomoda con suficientes almohadas y el sistema de aislamiento de ruido y blackout excelentes, el descanso rn la habitacion es maravilloso. Minibar de pago bastante completo, debo agradecer la gentileza de un agua mineral de cortesia. El desayuno bueno, variado, con pocas opciones calientes, pero satisfactorio. El checkout rapido.

The staff at the front desk and at the bar was very polite, friendly and helpful. And the hotel's surroundings are so beautiful.

Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great with plenty of toiletries for use. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Great location in Porto.

A shame that the requirements for uai my the pool or spa aren’t made clear when booking (e.g. swimming cap and full swimsuit)

We were upgraded to an amazing room at the front of the hotel that had a small balcony -- loved it !

Excellent Hotel with friendly and professional staff. Very attentive. The hotel reached out in advance of our arrival to inquiry about any special needs we may have and whether we needed information about Oporto. Very modern rooms and facilities in an 18th century building. The location could not have been better. Family suite was large and the bathroom spacious including full bath and separate shower. We loved our stay and will certainly return on our next visit to Oporto.
