Apartamentos amplios. Buena ubicación para bares y tiendas. Playas quedan cerca.

Mucho tiempo de espera para recoger las llaves y entregarlas, había una oficina al lado de los apartamentos pero nos mandaron ir a hacer el trámite justo a la otra punta de Oropesa. No revisan el apartamento cuando te marchas. Tardaron una semana en devolverme la reserva.

Great location and awesome service. Couldn’t get the keys at the office because we didn’t had a car so they offered us to bring the keys to the apartment 😍

We called the number as we could not find the reception, only to be told reception was in the next town, 20 mins from the property, we had to wait outside with children for 2 hours at midnight, whilst we waited for them to brin us the keyes, only to be told that we dont have sheets or towels and she had forgotten, even though she had just charged me for them per person per stay, she arrived drunk and was very unprofessional.

There was no sea view, iron, wifi, towels or sheets, even though they had been advertised. The front gate could only be opened from the outside, we had to squueeze through gaps to get the key through, then it completely broke and was stuck shut, we were stuck inside thr appartment and had to climb a wall as we had our taxi booked. There was hairs on the bed and pillows was not clean and we had no sheets to cover it. On the final day i called and emailed so many times to see when they would be collecting the keys and inspecting the property so i could get my deposit back, no one answered and no one came, i had to leave the keys on the table before i missed my flight.

The property was located very close to golden beaches, plus it was a short drive from where I was working

(01) I had problems finding the location of where to collect the keys, non of the local businesses could identify the address I had on the booking form. Nobody was answering the phone of the contact number I had, & to make matters worse, I had to pay a late collection penalty of €50 (euro) for a situation which was not entirely my fault. (02) The property had internet that could only be used with an Ethernet Cable, but the property owners did not supply an Ethernet Cable so I was unable to use the internet
