The location of the hotel… The Supermarket and laundromat were nearby… Very close to the Metro, very accessible… Two minute walk to Sagrada Familia..,

Collection of the keys were 2 streets away… During the collection of my keys at the main building Of Hotel Sagrada Familia, my family were scammed and almost robbed… It was our first time here… Thus, be vigilant… The main room door was difficult to operate… Took a long time to figure out… I had to knock on my neighbour for assistance…

Very strategic location with great appartment facilities.

The beds are very hard and could do with a memory foam mattress topper on them.

Lovely staff and fantastic location, being less than 5 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and metro station. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything needed for a long or short stay.

There were only 3 of us but we could not all fit into the small lift with our backpacks! Check in is 2 blocks away and not at the apartment itself

One of the biggest issues you encountered was the lack of proper climate control. It is unacceptable that the apartment was cold and that the air conditioning was only working in one room. This can make for an uncomfortable stay, particularly in colder weather. In addition to the climate control issues, the apartment was also dirty, with cold flooring that only added to the discomfort. It is concerning that basic maintenance was not being taken care of, as it is important for hotels to ensure that their rooms are clean and well-maintained. The fact that the hotel did not provide slippers made it even more difficult to navigate the cold flooring. Guests should be able to count on basic amenities like slippers to make their stay more comfortable, and the fact that they were not provided is disappointing. Perhaps even more concerning is the fact that no one checked to see if there was enough toilet paper, and that the reception staff were unhelpful when you brought this issue to their attention. Guests should not be expected to manage basic necessities like toilet paper on their own, and it is unacceptable for staff to dismiss these concerns. Overall, it is clear that this hotel has fallen short in several key areas, and it is disappointing that they do not seem to take guest comfort and satisfaction seriously. Based on your experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and would encourage others to look for alternative accommodations.

The drainage system wasn't working properly. Water in the sink didn't go down, and we had to brush the teeth and wash hands in the shower cabin.

Not much that I liked. Its a hotel atmosphere with absolutely no charm. Its right down the road from the Segrada Familia so really central.

I'd never go back even though it was clean, and price quality was just right. But I just can't stand the impersonal atmosphere of hotels, white walls, grey floors and standard everything. I'll only rent from small, B&Bs from now on. Plus to pick up the keys is so badly explained and takes forever because the poor receptionist was all alone and had to take care of so many people!!! Big business that doesn't want to hire! Very disappointing.

Location is very near SAGRADA Familia and metro. Good space for a family of 5. Have good utensils including a juicer which we appreciated and washing machine/dryer in the building which is convenient though we didn’t use.

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights but only managed to have the safe opened (somehow locked on arrival) and toiletries(shampoo/body shampoo) provided on day 3 though this was raised on day 1. Poor sound proofing … light sleepers will not have peaceful nights as constantly can hear stomping from the floor upstairs. The quality of the sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable - backache even for a young teenager.

The bed was too hard and I didn't sleep well.

After booking the apartments, a letter was sent , that a guarantee of 400 euros in cash will be required, which we must leave in the room. At the registartura, we picked up the cards again, we repeated it again, we signed the consent. After leaving, we are waiting for a warranty return, but we were told that no money was left. I have all the correspondence, I have videos, photos that we left the money. She said maybe the housemaid thought it was a tip, 400 euros. We believe that this is a planned scam, we will appeal to the relevant authorities P.S A month of time does not respond to any messages, the reception also does not write off. My lawyer said there is a well-thought-out scam here, with foreigners they often treat it this way, because they know that it will take a very long time to go to law enforcement for a very long time the whole process. Everywhere I report that they are scammers, thieves. I'm adding their texting.

The location of this apartment was perfect! Quick walk to Sagrada Familia and public transportation. We also enjoyed having a view of Sagrada Familia from our room! Plenty of space for our family of 6!

It is close to Sagrada Familia. The front desk attendant, Tania, was SO incredibly kind.

The bed was so uncomfortable we barely slept, the floors and walls were filthy, the front desk attendant didn’t tell us how to open the door to the apartment when we picked up the keys so we were locked out for over 20 minutes. The blankets were dirty and the pillows need washed.

It was a great location, really close to the metro and access to the sagrada is amazing! There was an amazing bakery (BO & MIE) right around the corner and some awesome Venezuelan food a couple blocks away (La Cachapera). The place was comfortable and clean other than they hadn’t taken out the trash before we came.

The bathroom is small, but that’s typical for Europe. The kitchen has dishes, but not much else like spices or anything. So pretty minimal. It is a bit inconvenient to have to check in and out at the hotel that is a couple blocks away. The apartments are way better location to the metro, just a little interesting the check-in is so separate.

The location was ideal as we wanted to be close to a metro and Sagrada Familia. The apart was perfect for one night. Clean, modern and size was ideal. The location also had many restaurants nearby to eat.

LOCATION: If you were to stay longer to enjoy Barcelona, I would stay either closer to the beach or closer to Gothic Quarter/Passiage de Gracia. APARTMENT: There was not one full length mirror anywhere. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Also, instructions was to clean the apartment upon departure, however not one dishtowel or kitchen towel anywhere. The kitchen is not fully stocked for someone who actually cooks.

Would advice not driving in Barcelona

Great location close to the subway. You can't see the Sagrada Familia from the window, but it's very close. Up to 6 people can stay in the apartment. Those who will sleep on the fold-out sofa can get privacy by closing the curtain that separates from the kitchen and dining room.

The bunk bed made noises with every move. Fortunately, the kids didn't mind that much.

everything was perfect, located was great the apartment it self was so clean and beautiful. The only trouble we had was getting in the door we struggled with that. The woman i was dealing with was so nice and friendly.
