Large, airy and light apartment. Lots of wardrobe hanging and drawer space. St Michel is the more eclectic & multicultural side of Bordeaux with a lively, grungier feel.

The location was perfect. It was near enough to walk and see the sights (and meet our family and friends at the Ferry terminal for my mother's 80th birthday party). The market was literally outside our door, this made provisioning our very short stay very easy. Considering this, it was amazing how quiet it was in the apartment, even with the windows open.

The confirmation documents did not have the street address number on them. It was easy enough to contact the very helpful agent, Sandrine, to get it on What'sApp. The coffee maker was removed for repairs. A replacement was offered for our second day. I'm usually hesitant to book places that have a security deposit, but the process worked, and the deposit was returned in a timely manner.

Great location in a historic area and within a historic building. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Host was very helpful with check in and out. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and also close to Marche des Capuchins.

Despite having advised the property of our arrival time and having received an acknowledgment we were left waiting outside for almost 2 hours for someone to arrive with the keys. Property did not have air conditioning and was in a noisy location

No lift - 3 flights of stairs

it was new and clean.

There were no AC so we had to keep windows opens or else it become really hot to sleep. With windows open temperatures was ok but mosquitoes were coming in and it was really annoying to sleep. We had two terrible nights on four.

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location. Good communication from the hosts with no trouble collecting keys despite our flight being delayed by 2 hours

For us, there was nothing but lack of lift may be a problem for some

My previous accomodation with another provider was cancelled day before I was due to travel so being able to book the day before was excellent. Apt was in a Great location, with some fabulous places to eat and a wonderful markets nearby. The bed is very comfy and though on a busy street it was incredibly quiet at night. Public transport is great though the city is walkable. We took a trip on the train to Arcachon a seaside town 50 mins away and I woudl recommend a wander around here. We had a late check out which was great for one of us who had an evening flight. Will definitely return to Bordeaux

The wifi was intermittant and TB did not work. Reported this on the first morning and again later that day but no one came to fix. The wifi eventually stablised and when key was collected on check out it seemed remote was not paired with the TV so hence did not work - this could have been sorted quite easily had anyone come while we were there. The apt is on the second floor up steep stone steps so may not be suitable to someone with mobility issues.

The location is very convenient, close to cafes and restaurants and for those interested in a brocante market, this is literally at the front door on Saturday and Sunday morning.

I was very annoyed with the collection of the keys. We waited 30 minutes past when we were supposed to be met outside on the street. Due to a lack of communication I had to turn on my phone which resulted in additional costs for using a North American phone in France

The location of this appartement is amazing. In the old centre but away from the busy streets. Everything is at walking distance. The appartement is really nice and modern. Julien was very helpfull and always respondent fast. All of this made it a very comfortabel stay.

The parking is expensive but that is the price of staying in the city.

Good position

Apartment smelled of smoke, cold at my arrival, coffee machine not working, dishes and glasses not very well cleaned. For a price at this level, offer is disappointing.

Excellent location, central to all the sights, large apartment and lots of space. V clean, everything you need for a weekend. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and no lift, so might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

All the things you need in an apartment. Good sized living/dining room. Clean, comfortable bed. Market up the road is interesting.

Area - not so keen. Flat was quite dark and the frontage and communal area unwelcoming. Parking by the market was OK - expensive though and in an area that feels a bit threatening if you're not used to big cities. Urine smelling stair wells etc - you get the picture. Very much in a migrant area with alcohol issues, so you may wish to be in another part of the city or more central. However, a shortish walk towards the centre and you're out of it.
