The room was neat, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean
The stay was disappointing due to the absence of basic amenities. There was a lack of privacy in the room, making the stay uncomfortable. For the price charged, this was not acceptable and needs improvement. The room did not include basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo, which are usually expected. This needs improvement.Room charges are high for the facilities and services offered.Complimentary breakfast was significantly delayed, reflecting poor service management
