Friendly & great service. Great location.

Wish there was Load shedding backup. (A light was provided though). Wish the bed was a bit longer for my long legs.

The staff didn’t answer the phone and never replenished the toilet paper.

Jesan was very helpful and accommodating. Made special breakfast for us as my colleague was VEGAN. He even helped us with Cab early morning 3am for airport. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.

the 2 single beds pushed together the tv no Netflix or dstv for the price per night it should have atleast that a better bed and tv with dstv or Netflix

When we came there on the 27th of December. There was not enough toilet paper on the roll. No soap or shampoo. Coffee station had 2 sachets of coffee no tea, no milk. That was like that the rest of our stay. No cold water in the fridge. On 31st of December, we went out for the day. When we came back late at night, the room wasn't serviced at all. Beds weren't made, no clean cups or towels. We left a day earlier. When we left, there were no one at reception. I rang the little bell on the desk, but no response. I left the keys on the desk and went. Where did they get the 4 star certificate?? Was it bought of self made

It's in a nice quite suburb, the staff was very friendly and made good breakfast

Aircon did not work properly. The bathroom toilet was difficult to flush and wash basin was continously blocked.
