Great location on the slopes. Lovely breakfast and dinner.

One receptionist a little unhelpful. Had to ask several times for help carrying bags to room. Collect own kettle from reception. Rooms tiny (walk sideways around the bed small) and desperately in need of money spending on a refresh.

The hotel had an excellent location right on the slopes, which made it ideal for ski-in/ski-out access. We absolutely loved the package with included breakfast and dinner. The dinner was exceptional — everything was so tasty, and honestly one of the best hotel dinners I’ve ever had. The restaurant also had beautiful views of the slopes, which made it even more atmospheric. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed, including plenty of storage for ski clothes and gear. It was also great to have a ski locker right by the exit to the slopes, which made everything so convenient. The sauna and hot tub were a nice bonus after skiing, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. We had an amazing experience and hope to come back one day.

The staff and the hotel overall were excellent. The food in the restaurant was top notch and with three courses each night, more than enough to fill us up after a day of skiing. The spar was really good and it is a good idea to run it on a booking system so that it doesn't become overcrowded at peak times. The boot room is conveniently located right next to a door which is literally on one of the pistes so it truly is ski in, ski out!

The mugs at breakfast are the craziest things I've ever seen... the handle has a hole that even a 3 year old's finger wouldn't fit and I will never in my life understand how I was meant to hold them... Joking aside, it would be great to have had a few more facilities within our room. A simple drink making facility such as a kettle and a small fridge to keep items such as milk etc would really make the hotel a 10/10. The heating is also extremely hot so maybe they could turn that down and use the saved money to buy mini fridges...

very good location and modernised lobby / restaurant area.

rooms and bathrooms have not been updated since the 80's so for 450£ per night, this is not acceptable. this hotel looks more like a hostal for young skiers rather than a proper 3 stars hotel. One of our rooms smelt cold tabacco. the other one was in the lower ground floor facing a wall of snow. nice but limited view. furniture are old. no light in the shower once the curtain has been pulled... this hotel left us with mixed feeling and the impression that making money was more important than delivering a proper qualitative experience.
