beautiful property, facilities very nice. Amenities great. I loved the food and staff was very attentive and helpful. A really nice place to enjoy the beach and pool was wonderful

Carol in the restaurant was extra nice trying to make us feel comfortable, great lady...

We were received from the very beginning so rudely, without explanation this woman from the reception came to us ranting that they had no free rooms ( on a weekday the hotel was practically empty) finally they made us pay an extravagant anount for tbe room after waiting for hours under the blazing sun, we asked to talk to the manager 2 or 3 times, she/he just hid from us NEVER even bother to show up...we felt basically like their prisoners, what an awful experience...woke up in the morning to see i don't know how many roaches in our shower...never again...we changed our reservation they made us sign I don't know how many papers, we are praying now that didn't rip us off too...THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE ...such an expensive hotel...horrible experience, nevet again...

It’s super nice, clean and the staff works hard to maintain it neat and comfortable. Everyone was so well mannered, helpful and joyful. Covid19 protocols very well clear, handled and followed at all times. We want to go back ASAP.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Great pool, great rooms, and great set up. Its an overall family resort, with children and families mostly local, enjoying family time. The food at the restaurant was great too, a little pricey but to be expected given there is no alternative and DELICIOUS, so makes the cost worthwhile. The staff were also amazing. Mostly from the local pueblos nearby, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Deborah at the front desk helped me out with a problem I needed resolving. Astrit the bartender was GREAT and social, explaining the customs and life of people in the nearby pueblos. Jovani helped me with an accident late night that needed cleaning. Overall great culture and workers. Also, for those wondering: I drove from the City to the hotel and it felt completely safe without any problems. A great way to get to know the area instead of paying exorbitant taxi fees.

Hotel was very good, friendly staff, very clean and good COVID protocols. Breakfast included was very good as well.
