The personal entrance large suite and cleanliness. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Nothing negative

Lots of space, huge balcony, well-equipped kitchen. The hotel has its own parking space (lots of space for cars!), which makes it easy if you are driving there. Beautiful flower garden downstairs as well. Also, the hotel is really close to the beach, up to 5 min walk. Each room has a mosquito net at the window, which was great!

The place is close to a train track and you can hear the trains even at night and even if the room doesn't directly face the train tracks. Fortunately, there weren't many trains passing by. Additional tourist fee of 4€/person which is extra to the price you book on the website and which in theory should include all taxes and fees.

Room size, cleanliness, friendly staff in the breakfast room, surroundings with lots of greenery. Even the administrative staff was friendly until it caused a payment complication (read: what you didn’t like)

Constant noise (room opposite the railway line and the main road in between), the same breakfast offer every day. Defeating: the administration afforded to repay the guarantee in case of non-arrival, despite the fact that I even informed them days ago and finally 2 hours before arrival when exactly I would arrive; catastrophic: after 7 weeks I still didn’t get a refund of the guarantee, despite the fact that (supposedly) they immediately made a cancellation payment. I paid the bill in full immediately upon arrival, with another credit card. From July 24, 2020, they no longer responded to my messages, shamefully ...
