The location was perfect - we had a sea view and were close to the main beach and in the centre of the historic center. It was an easy 20 minute walk to and from the train station and to nearby Ciboure from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, complete with Nespresso machine and we slept well. The staff were 10/10 for hospitality.

The position is fabulous. Close to the beach and old town.
Beautifully and recently renovated small boutique hotel.
The air-conditioning did not work properly in our room so we were very hot. We thought it was our inability to work out the control but it turned out that one of the vents was not working so we had 3 difficult nights sleep. Our fault really for not asking for help and combined with the obvious communication difficulties…….However, some instructions either in the room or accessible on the web-site would be a BIG help.

Thé location was good - close to the beach- when the traffic noise died down at night we could hear the waves from the beautiful beach. short walk to town
Bare bones room - bed with one cheap fleecy blanket on it, 2 chairs , closet. Bathroom was dirty and mould in shower. 2 tiny paper cups - no access to a kettle, fridge, ice , plates or cutlery. We stayed for 4 days and it was so frustrating not being able to have a drink or meal in the room. The main staircase was dangerous with the rubber edging falling off. We just did not feel valued as guests.
