Great location for getting into Edinburgh city centre - the bus stop is literally outside the door! Great breakfast - choice of cereal and full cooked breakfast. Plenty of free parking.
The twin room was tiny with no room to put bags down that wasn’t in the way. No sockets by one of the beds. Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil as socket was under the side table and cable was too short to reach up. An extractor fan downstairs stayed on (and was loud) until the early hours so took ages to get to sleep.

Location was good and handy for a commute into Edinburgh the next day. Good parking and nice ,friendly pub with plenty choices of food and drink. Cant fault the service .
The TV in the room was extremely small and could be improved, however not a big deal at the price point.

Great location on route 31 bus x3 per hour to edinburgh all day till late great. The girl working there was very friendly.
Small room had 2 single beds + wardrobe . No carpet no chair no table and electric points at floor level . Basic no frills at all. As a single room could be nice . To open window had to jump up on bed ..room too small.

"Zimmer war schön, ein wenig eng, aber nicht ungewöhnlich für ein britisches Landgasthaus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Wir haben hier auch zu Abend gegessen und es war sehr gut."
