Location and breakfast option. It was also very quiet for the awesome central location. I have stayed here before in a standard room which I hated. This time I went for a higher grade room and the small price difference resulted in a totally different experience. Great!
For what you are paying and the location .... why would you complain. The steps may be an issue with your bags for some people. Just ask for assistance. When you come to Bali ....steps are part of it .... especially in Ubud.

Perfect location, just a short walk & you’re amongst the food & shopping but the noise stops the second you step inside. Bigger than I expected, so many rooms and a beautiful traditional building with a nice pool. Perfect for our needs just to sleep and reset for the next day. Very handy also that a day spa is set up right inside, the perfect end to a long day on your feet. You cannot get a car to drop you off out front, the entry is down a market lane way, get your driver to drop you off in front of the art market and it’s a short walk.
I couldn’t get the wifi to connect and our water pressure was a bit poor but not concerned by this. Great stay.

Central in Ubud, and nice architecture …this it’s only good aspect
