The location is really nice and quiet. The room was just the right size with a very comfy bed with adequate bathroom. Room had a sunny pool view. Very relaxing and chilled.

Main hotel run down and unkept. Needs painting and renovating. The booking gives the impression ur staying at the hotel when in fact its a complex of condos 100 metre down the road. Main hotel is not being used as is the pool in the pics. Gardens are not looked after and needs maintenance. One resto open outside with limited menu. Breakfast was buffet again limited but adequate. Its a real shame as it could be a realy nice top hotel with the proper investment.

The breakfast should be improved. Mostly served on breakfast are processed foods.

The amenities were okay However, the desired room we chose, which was the pool view, beforehand and as we have mentioned to the front desk upon check in,was not given to us.Instead it was a Wall view, not even a mountain view as she told us.

.As mentioned, since I booked early via online and arrived on time for my check-in, waited for about 20 - 30 mins, and.requested for a pool view, considering also that we are Seniors, I hope the front desk personnel gave us our preferred room

Property location is refershing, need to improve cleanliness.

Deceptive ads by booking.com I book and paid for a 50sqm room, the property informed the reservation was only 30sqm. We dont have a choice but to take it. Customer service of booking.com keep saying contact the property. I gave them all the details of booking and photos. Still just keep on going on circles. No service.

Location was excellent, Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very big and large bathroom but no bath waste of space really. Breakfast served on one plate with limited choice but tasty. Very large pool. Local restaurants. Beds so comfy.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't get the room I booked. I was apparently upgraded to a suite which was actually a large room in a neighboring building. It had a view of a building wall and carpark when I actually booked booked a hotel room with a mountain view. This was solely to accommodate the GMA crew filming a series. The roads were blocked by their support vehicles and one pool complex was out of bounds. There is NO restaurant open in the hotel only in the attached Casino so all food is via room service including breakfast. It feels like this hotel is at Level 3 still and not level 1. The grounds require a real tidy up such as cutting the grass and addressing maintenance issues even the toilet seat didn't fit the wrong replacement had been fitted. Simple things that would require hardly any cash. It needs some investment to bring it up to the apparent standards it aspires too ! Luckily there are around 5 restaurants that i found very locally within 2 km that excellent. My advice would be check exactly what you have booked then confirm with the hotel. Check if restaurant's are open and most of all ask if there are any events and or FILMING going on. TV very limited and not SMART TV so you cant cast any thing.
