The view from the room was really nice. The location on top of the hill provided easy access to beautiful walks. The common areas like the kitchen provided a space to leave some of our perishables overnight.
There were ants in the room and they were trying their best to get to our food. There was also a harmless cockroach(?), but there are warning signs about the animal throughout the hotel, confirming it does not bite and isn't harmful.

The location of course, it's environment. Surrounded by nature all the way around.
Only one thing: Lack of a kitchen, even though Booking.com says there's a shared kitchen. Not even a bread toaster and a coffee maker. Is that too much to ask for?? The coffee vending machine is an insult to many people's intelligence.

Walking through the park in the evening wasn't very pleasant

Great staff
We stayed on a Friday night in exceptional heat
A/c didn’t work. Ended up getting out of bed at 1am due to party goers returning.
Cleaner was unhappy as he wanted to clean and I wanted to use shared living room and toilet so I sat outside until 430am

"Wie in einer guten Jugendherberge. Alles sauber, schlicht und komfortabel. Schöne ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb. Gratis Parkplatz. Nette Rezeption."
