Typical Aeloian house with garden, Vulcano, Aeolian Islands
Situated in the residence of Vulcan Blue, the house enjoys a considerable privacy, as looks entirely on its own courtyard, surrounded by a "natural wall" of black lava rock, and has an internal surface of 35sqm and 70sqm external, for a total of 105sqm;
The apartment is composed of:
COURTYARD (with external shower, wooden table with benches, two deckchair), from this there is the access to a LARGE COVERED PATIO (recently built in Aeolian-style) with external kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, cupboard, table and chairs;
TWO ROOMS (2 beds and 1 wardrobe for each room, TOTAL BEDS 4) with separate entrances and different keys, which are accessed respectively by a covered patio and private courtyard;
ONE BATHROOOM with shower, which is accessed from a common hallway with two rooms.
In the immediate proximity (100/200 meters) you can walk to several descents to the sea, all characterized by beautifull cliffs of black lavic stone, overlooking the islands of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli, always in the proximity (150/200metri), as well as the possibility of free parking, there are also two holiday villages fully equipped with bar, restaurant, internet point, swimming pool, private small beach, whose use is NOT included in the price.

Alessandra e Francesca Agosto 2020....Bellissima isola e altrettanto molto bello l'appartamento di Andrea. Pulito, con ampi spazi e in zona tranquilla. Andrea è stato ospitale e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta e necessità. A dire il vero è stato più un amico che il proprietario della casa e speriamo di poterlo tornare a trovare molto presto

In the residecene, we felt warmly welcome! We also could rely on the helpful and prompt response from Mr. Agreste. The pictures and description were accurate: the appartment also has a beautiful and comfortable patio where we loved to pass time. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and has several small bays nearby - for grocery shopping a bike or car may be helpful. For us, it was a ideal place to stay: we had a very beautiful and uncomplicated holiday we like to remember - thank you!

appartamento piccolo ma confortabile, cucina all'aperto magnifica con giardino fantastico.
unico difetto il bagno un po piccolo..... ma c'e una doccia all'aperto molto comoda.
visto che Vulcano ci é piaciuto tanto ci torneremo e se possibile torneremo in questo appartamento.

È una casa adatta a chi vuole godersi le isole perché dopo una giornata fuori può tornare a casa cucinando in compagnia degli amici e cenare con loro nel patio, magari facendo anche il barbecue!
Noi l'abbiamo fatto!
È un'abitazione piccola, ma giusta per le vacanze! È dotata persino di lavatrice e fornetto!
Immersa nel verde, nel punto che a mio dire é il più rilassante dell'isola, godrete della bellezza della piccola casa e avrete modo di conoscere la cortesia dei proprietari.
Grazie mille al Sig. Antonio e a suo figlio.
È stata una bellissima vacanza.
Sicuramente torneremo e torneremo in questa casa!
