The place is absolutely wonderful, with a garden hard to leave. Cristina has been a splendid host and she is a lovely person. Even the accomodation is not to close to the city center, it's the only place where we'll stay if we returne to Nice.

The house owner was really really soooo nice🥰🤩 She gave us some good tips about Nice tour and she offered great breakfast everyday! Even in the early morning! It was so delicious breads and coffee! Thank you! And actually, the room also really pretty and nice better than the photos that she uploaded🤣 Of course, it was very clean!!

The location is on the hill. It's a little bit high but it's okay! I strongly recommend this house in Nice

Thoughtful host, great breakfast, lots of space, good bed, parking. No AC in the room, but our host was very helpful and got another fan fit us to make things more comfortable.

The host, Cristina is very kind. We have to leave to the airport at 4 am and she prepared us a toast and a cake for the way and wake up that early to give it to us. really appreciated.

I appreciated the warm welcome by the hostess and that she spoke perfect English. Also there is secure private parking. The room was large and divided into a seating lounge area and a bedroom. The property itself is beautiful with gardens and outdoor seating areas. The breakfast was fantastic and probably the best so far on my trip to France. Everything was beautifully appointed. The hostess even helped me carry my suitcase to the room which doesn't happen very often and was much appreciated at my age.

Everything. To start, Cristina welcomed us with the biggest smile we’ve seen in all of France. She’s a phenomenal host! The Villa’s garden is stunning; the rooms are modern, very comfortable, well equipped, and super clean. The breakfast was also excellent. I was surprised to see that this property didn’t have 10.0 in reviews. After reading the other guests' “downsides,” I concluded that the only reason why they didn’t rate Villa Bellabé a 10 is that these guests didn’t read the description of the property well. The property is located on a quiet hill very close to the center of Nice, and the airport, where there is parking on the street (extremely rare in Nice), and the Villa also has space for parking inside. Whenever I return to Nice, I will definitely stay at this property.

Lovely host with a beautiful garden, hidden in a nice and quite neighborhood. Attention to detail and nice breakfast to kick you started. The location is not far from public transport, making the decision to leave the car at home easier. Ask questions. Very well informed host with good tips and advices.

Cristina does an excellent job running this property and she provides very useful information to her guests. The property provides a free private parking. It is located in a quiet area and in the evening is a very comfortable place to relax after coming back tired from the trips around Nice.

Excellant place to stay while you are in NIce. The room was spacious and very clean. You have all what you need in your vaction. Christina was a wonderfull host, friendly; and very informative about how to get around and what to do in Nice. We had a delicious breakfast with a fresh cake Christina baked that morning. sorry we stayed only one night. we will come back again!
