Ali is really kind and helpful. Place is clean and relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Eifelhaus a lot. Ali is a great host. Always super friendly, helpful and patient with answering questions. The breakfast was awesome with self-made bread. But also the location is great as it is not in the middle of the crowded town but easy to walk into town. The good bye was hard for us. Thanks you Ali.

We had a great time in Hostal Eifelhaus. The rooms are nice, we had a view on the mountain. The location is good; quiet, but only a few minutes walk from the mainroad. The breakfast is amazing. But the best is the owner of the hostal. He helps you with everything and is super nice, really a great person. Thank you for the great time!

We spent three nights at this great place. Owner Ali is super friendly and a very good host and his equally friendly cat Whisky is a bonus. It was very warm when we were in Pucón, but we slept very well. Bed was comfortable and so was the shower. One of the best breakfasts we had in 3,5 months in South America.

Very attentive and helpful owner. Very clean with pleasant public areas and a small bar. Short walk to town. Great view of the volcano from our room.

Excellent assistance from Ali and excellent service overall. A great breakfast for a small establishment, even gluten free bread provided. Positioned with views of Vilorica volcano and away from traffic and town noise.
