The staff were lovely. They were helpful and very pleasant. They wanted our stay to be good.

The oven didn't work. The boiler kept shutting off (so cold shower one morning). Dark in the utility area because the light bulbs needed replacing. Nothing that can't be easily remedied.

Location and size of the property. Parking, access to food, late check out.

They need to have a do not disturb or do not clean sign for the door. The cleaning lady through away a box of ours she was not supposed to.

Хотела е на комуникативно място с лесен достъп пеша до центъра. Много голям апартамент с 2 спални и голям хол, и много хубава гледка от осми етаж към града. Персонала беше много любезен и ни отговори на всички зададени въпроси. Има приятно кафене, където може и да се хапне.

За съжаление възглавниците бяха сплескани и неудобни за спане. Олекотената завивка също не е предпочитаното от мен за завиване.

Location , spacious apartament , safe parking

Very noisy, you could hear all the traffic from outside non stop, no bed available , they had two mattresses on top of each other

The room was very spacious with a balcony. The shower was very powerful. The breakfast is served in a cafe in the same building (good toasted sandwiches and omelettes). They do not serve breakfast on Sundays and you can only pay in cash.

There was no washing machine, although space for one. One of the reasons I had chosen this apartment was for the washing machine as we were travelling around the country. No furniture on the balcony. Mini bar not topped up. The main dining area of the apartment not well lit. The worst thing for me was that they would not keep our luggage for a few hours. We checked out at 11 and had a train at 4pm but were told no left luggage facilities. It is a huge place and they claim they are a 5.star establishment so I was surprised that they were not accommodating. There is no left luggage at Plovdiv train station!

The bed mattress was very stiff.

nice location, friendly staff, parking, good apartment for two couples.

room design could be overwhelming and outdated kitchen should have cutting board, not broken corkscrew, second knife. all plates and glass’s are by four, it would be better by six. No paper towel 🧻n the kitchen for the start , no two or three dishwashing tablets actually the whole kitchen set up needs done improvement other than that it is a lovely modern place close to the old city. highly recommend
