Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced.
The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

Would not recommend.
The staff seemed almost annoyed to deal with us. The site is a conference centre predominantly with accommodation so we got the feeling that we weren’t there main concern.
Tried to organise a breakfast to take with us because our flight was at 6 am, and they didn’t prepare anything.
Although the hotel is advertised as a beachfront hotel, visitors won’t want to swim in the ocean as the local drainage pipes discharge into the ocean right outside the hotel.
