The actual apartment was well appointed and very clean with wifi and fresh bedding and it was cleaned once in the week. The swimming pool is 20 metres approximately and passable. Local laundry, small local supermarket, ATM, convenience stores and a couple of restaurants were located across the street.

The staff were helpful when required The elevator was out of commission and the gym was not as described really Public areas could use improved maintenance.

I did not check in at this hotel. The elevator is not working and my room was apparently on the 3rd floor. I booked this accom as it states elevator and wheel chair access. The staff advised lift has not worked since pre covid. I have requested full refund due to false advertising, and the owner has stopped responding.

The room smelled very stuffy. The microwave and shower both didn’t work and the host did nothing about it after I notified her.

The host was nice and helpful but the property needs a lot of work.

There was something wrong with electricity once. I came in and the room was full of smoke and the smoke detector didn't work! I texted the host and she sent someone to repair it. There was a problem with the fridge. There was also once a problem with AC and there was water on the floor and the closet. My stuff got wet and dirty. Had to clean them. If we came a bit later the water could have gotten to electricity and I don't know what could have happened... The internet is terrible. Don't count on it. The shower door was also a big problem, it is glass and can not be closed properly. The shower is small. There was a wired smell always in the bathroom. It wasn't possible to change the safe box's code! The cleaning was supposed to be twice a week but they actually cleaned the apartment every 4 days. The door of the toilet is awful. We struggle with it all the time. It is a very bad sliding door. The stairs were always dirty. This building look like an abandoned place. I was hoping to get some compensation from the host for all the troubles we went through. We stayed there 4 weeks.

The appartment was clean and tidy nicely decorated and very private. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. There was a decent size fridge to keep food & drinks in and the balcony off the bedroom was nice.

The Airconditioning didn’t work very well, it seemed to be blowing hot air so I ended up switching it off and left the balcony doors open for a more comfortable sleep. Apart from that the apartment was lovely.

Great clean apartment and excellent location to get anywhere around , especially to find the best restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend Dua And Bucu who is just outside the parking area . Also Just Kitchen and La cassette just a bit higher at Bumbak dauch. During our stay  we also ordered food online and used the rooftop terrace which has panoramic views on the south and amazing sunsets.
