The location, the equipment and the comfort of the bed.
Nothing. Very good for short stay

The property is in a great location, very close to the old town, restaurants and bars. Very safe area.
I found the property to be quite dirty, lots of marks on the bedding, the shower did not appear clean and the floor was dirty.

location was good, in the center, very easy to get to the main atractions.
the town is very animated, with a lot of gourgeous buildings, history, also good food.
The owner offered me a noisy room, insted, they have another empty rooms.
I have paid a bigger rate than were offered in the previous days on the internet.
the room was located to the ground floor, with noise from the street, etc.
the internet was not working properly.
also...a smell from damness....due to the fact was ground floor...moisture...very difficult to have fresh air.

location is good and easy access to many places
Absolutely zero housekeeping. I stayed there for 7 days, and no housekeeping done even for a day.

"Riesiges Appartment direkt am Zentrum - ästhetisch. Das Haus eher eine Villa mit schönem Treppenhaus."
