Loved the location, property was clean and comfortable.
Any minor issues we had were dealt with promptly. Couldn’t operate the spa bath not sure if it is operational, but overall a highly recommended stay and great location.

Nice location lovely property beach across the road.
Needed blankets when it was cold some nights. Construction at the back of villa started at 7am in the morning so didn’t want to stay at villa and relax. Some kitchen things need updating. Blinds to upstairs didn’t work so bedroom light early in the morning.

Great location just opposite the beautiful beach of Dunsborough.

Spacious. Good air con. Good washing machine. Nespresso machine.
Back yard was a bit bare - outdoor furniture not comfortable. A sun lounge or soft outdoor couch or chair would have been great.
No small touches like beach towels, beach umbrella.
Bed was too hard. We like a firm bed but this one needed a softer top layer.
