Willows, Blackburn by Marston's Inn

The location is good. Easy to get to the hospital which is what we needed but also a good base to visit Blackburn and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Location

Friendly staff

the room was lovely and clean but very cold, i tried to alter the heating but all it did was blow more cold air into the room, i had already been into the pub for a meal which was mediocre at the best basically warm microwaved food not the greatest, the staff seemed to be more interested in going home and were regularly seen coming up to tables and just cleaning around, there was an event on and it seemed once this was over they wanted everyone out. when i got to my room and found it really cold i went back to the bar 10.25pm but it was closed so i couldnt ask anyone for more blankets , breakfast was better and had everything on hand , would i stay again prob as the bed was comfy but i did add my coat over the quilt to keep warm , maybe spend another time in summer
