A very nice villa with everything you need. Great pool, community court and playground, grill and surroundings. Wi-Fi is good, driving distance to restaurants and towns.

The house and pool were perfect.

The facilities around were not ok. The courts are in a bad condition and could not be used. The playground was available but will be replaced.

Everything was great at Villa Maja for our 4-day stay: easy communication and check-in with the owner, fully equipped house (kitchen, bathroom, barbecue, sleeping rooms...), big rooms, clean pool, tennis court in front of the house. Quiet and relaxing. Spotlessly clean.

Silvia, our host, was very friendly and always on time when scheduling arrival / departure. The owner, Oliver, has offered a gift upon arrival composed of honey and some local stuff - very much appreciated also kept communication open and honest throughout our stay. Great swimming pool with automatic lighting in the evening, quite area during the day, nice garden, amazing outside barbecue and tools, AC in all rooms, very clean, very comfortable beds, kids can play basketball or tennis in the joint playground. Overall nice location a bit away from Pula but at ideal central point when visiting either south or towards north coasts. Great parking large enough to accommodate 2 big 4x4 cars.

Noisy : the house is part of a set of similar houses built around a central playground. Hence others are also rented by people from all over Europe... Unfortunately there were a few nights with guests listening music very loudly and making big noise in the evening till late in the night... Kitchen : the cooking area is very small. Living room: only one sofa whereas we've been 8 people... Wifi : very weak, there is a router connected to the provider through a SIM Card. Deck chairs and sun umbrellas : different from what's being shown on the property pictures & poor quality (plastic)

Everything about the location, the house and the people involved was wonderful, Swimming pool was great! House is beautiful, very clean and it is close to both Pula and Rovinj for some sight seeing!
