Hotel City

Nice welcome on arrival, big VIP room unexpected, friendly staff. Beautiful spacious and clean room, bathroom also large and lean, with perfect temperature hot water inthe shower. Room was quiet with a pleasant view. The owner welcomed me with a complimentary drink and salad in the restaurant. Good location for me, a birdwatcher, only a 10 minute walk to lake Atanasovsko, one of the top wetlands in Burgas. All the staff, especially Gabriel, who was very helpful with recommending a restaurant and organising a taxi. Altogether an excellent base for me. And two big supermarkets only 2 minutes walk away.

Perhaps sachets of coffee and milk should have been in my room, as a kettle was provided. Otherwise no complaints.

Overall, staying at this hotel was a very positive experience for me. Considering the great value for money, I had a very spacious room and really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. In addition, I was very pleased to have Kaufland and Lidl within just a 1-to-2-minute walk. The staff provided good advice regarding parking options for a short trip to the city center, and I even received free coffee in the morning.

Rooms were not soundproofed sufficiently.

Location convenient but overlooked a lot of construction sites Good breakfast with plenty of variety

Shoe racks in the corridor near the room smell of sweat

Not good location, not good service, not good quality
