This hotel has an unbeatable location. The rooms are spacious and brand‑new, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedding is spotlessly clean, and the bathroom layout is really comfortable to use.

The only downsides to the room are as follows. Given its fantastic location right above lots of bars, it can get noisy at night — sleeping without earplugs would be difficult. Also, as noted by the property, the air‑conditioning cannot be manually adjusted. This created an uneven temperature: the living area felt quite cold while the bedroom was too warm, and we could not figure out how to fix it. One quick note for guests arriving by rental car — this is the city centre, so driving here is quite inconvenient. There are no obvious parking options, and there is a risk of getting fined. This is something worth planning ahead for, and it is unrelated to the hotel itself.

La ubicación y la decoración

El ruido por las noches

Great location. Spacious apartment and very clean

1. The house was very warm when we arrived - 27C, but the thermostat was locked to heat mode. We just could not cool the house down the whole night, the main radiator stayed on. No one answered my whatsapp texts until late and then it was too late. We left the windows open, but the bar below was way too noisy. The second night was a bit better, they finally showed up and shut the radiator, but still could not change the thermostat to cool mode 2. They had pots and pans, but no cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper for making breakfast. Also no coffee (they had the dolce machine, which is not common) 3. The emergency call button did not work (I tried because of the heat in the house).
