Host was extremely king and helpful. Very clean room witj everyhting you need for a perfect stsy. Very well locsted in nice area, close to the center.

Everything was brilliant, clean and felt like home - from the room and welcome efforts to the house territory! Sweet and charming hosts :))

A surprisingly noisy fridge, that started as a rocket engine. The road outside we did not hear at all comparing to this little monster >:-)

We had a wonderful stay at S’Incantu and recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, a great welcome and care throughout our holiday. It is excellent value for money.

Very nice place, room very cozy and very nice ladies. I arrived late evening and there was no problem. And the portion of pie was welcome before going to bed.

The use of a kitchen.😃 Having the ability to make a hot drink in the room😋 Good wifi signal. The hosts🙂.

The water pressure in shower was abit low, But acceptable. Cistern was noisy and sometimes took along time to refill. Worse thing was the road noise. Its very close to a flyover.. ok if your a heavy sleeper.

We enjoyed our stay there! Lovely garden and hosts were very welcoming! Easy to find place and close to many shops. Easy parking!

Only thing was breakfast not prepared for us and not much choice but it was OK.

Great place near the airport with very nice owners!

Location, but not a real issue

It was very clean and well equipped

The location is far from Olbia centre. It's easy to reach by car, but not so by bus or taxi. Buses are rare, taxi is impossible to catch.

- lovely owner, easy to communicate with - good selection for breakfast, always refilled for the next day - coffee/tea maker on the room - own bathroom - nice quality towels, changed every single day! - small table and two chairs on the balcony, lovely to sit there late in the evening when the surroundings get quiet - easy to park on the street - easy to find - shop nearby

Room was nicely equipped and clean, very tight with sofa bed expanded for third person. bathroom was very nice, staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I have actually booked double room apartment, as it was three of us, but instead we got three beds in one room, which made the room very tight for three of us. Breakfast was very poor, already served on table in the room because of covid situation. the only fresh item was yogurt, which was in the fridge in the room. We have struggled with the shower door as they needed to be lifted to be closed, I was not able to lift it myself so my boyfriend had to help me, so I don't flood the bathroom while having a shower. Location is not great, not far off is a motorway which seem to be busy at all times, I would be worried to walk alone around there in the evening. We could only pay at property and I did not realised that only cash is accepted, we have arrived there and was told to pay cash, so had to go to find cash machine to pay for the room.

Nice clean big rooms with great private bathrooms. Spacious shared kitchen with vast variety of food for breakfast and free snacks during the entire stay.
