Nice big rooms which were well equipped and the little touches like toiletries, washing up liquid & pegs for the airer made a difference. The Ermis suites are right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds & shade if you want it. Short walk to numerous bars, restaurants & shops. Staff were friendly & helpful

Super clean area and the room. Very quiet surrounding. Great turquoise blue sea view from the balcony. By The sand in front of the building is soft and clean. A supermarket and a nice bakery one minute away, balcony with sea view. There are walls on both west and east side for sunbathing in a less windy corner, which is very important for us. Just enough kitchen utility for making some simple breakfast and dinner meals. One minute away, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops, also taxi services, bus stop is a couple of minutes away, but we have a car, there is private parking right by the building which is very convenient.so we stayed 3 more nights. We walked in this area, we think we made the right choice. The sand is much much better than Platanias.

There is a two stairs inside the room which separates the kitchen and the beds in the room with sea view, which might be a problem for disabled people or small children. There is curtain for the shower place, it can be wet if the curtain is not drawn properly. We had two days full stormy weather, it was cold and strong winds. But that is nothing one can do about it, it did ruined our original plan for staying at the middle of Crete for visiting Knossos Palace this time.

One of the best apartments I've ever been accommodated. Very friendly and hospitable people, extremly clean room and territory, the best view from the balcony, high quality of Wi-Fi. Thanks Desphina for her patience. She answered all kinds of our questions, helped to book a taxi and to rent a car, explained all the needed info. I would definitely go there next time.

This place is fabulous, spacious with a gorgeous large balcony overlooking the sea. Spotlessly clean, great location and lovely friendly staff.

Apartment is a little too small for group of 5 people specially the kitchen and the table . Bathroom shower needs some updates very small when you take a shower water is all over the floor.

I loved everything about this location. First of all you are just 10 seconds away from the beach where you can find free sunbeds. The beach was never crowded. We had a sea view and it was amazing to wake up and drink coffee right at the sea. The place is very cozy, full of plants and so green. The hosts take really good care of it and there is so much love in every piece of the yard, apartments. Our apartment was perfectly furnished with amazing grey and blue colors. Very beautiful. The kitchen is well-equippped and you can find everything you may need. You may book a taxi , which will meet you at the airport, right from the host Despina( i hope I am not misspelling her name). Also she helped us with a car rental. The prices were pretty high because of the season, but she made a call and we got a good car with a nice price. Thank you for everything! Sincerely, Katya.

On the beach

Looks like they forget to invest anymore, everything was old from furniture to air conditioning. Beside that what was broken was not repaired properly. A broken bathroom door in a family apartment is something that must be repaired

It was very clean and looked nice from the out side the people that worked there where very nice and helpful I would book again

It was right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants and bus stop to get in to town
