The Crossway Hotel, Coventry Walsgrave, Part of AG Collection

The young lady on reception was really friendly and welcoming!

It was quite very basic but ok for a short stay and if you are exploring the city as a base to come back too 😃

Georgia, Jamie and Monty make my stay very pleasant and are very welcoming every time I visit.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very very basic, we requested a cot days earlier but didnt get one. Floor had filthy.. our feet were dirty walking on it so we had walk on towels. Bed was very uncomfortable. Rubbish outside the room including a used condom (trying to hide that from our toddler was interesting!) It was a stop over place and nothing more. Available shops/pub very close by, dont get breakfast here!! They charged us £50 deposit as well which we weren't expecting. It took weeks for us to receive it back.
