The gym place was catastrophic

They allow people to smoke every were, in the restaurant, in the rooms in the lobby, it is a bite tired and need some updating, but they could have a noon smoking policy.

The staff were exceptional, very customer oriented and friendly. The service was outstanding. My family really felt comfortable and special. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The decor is very appealing in its Italian Renaissance inspired way. The breakfast is a good assortment of traditional Lebanese and continental delights. Thank you for the complimentary Lebanese sweets delivered to our room upon our arrival. A very nice way to be welcomed. I would highly recommend staying here again. Close to American University, Bliss Street and only a short car ride to Down Town shopping, Rouche and Zaytoona Bay. Valet parking was very handy too. Check-in was very smooth and check out was late enough to allow us to sleep in a little, enjoy breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and leave on time.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt in Hamra. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und hatte 2 Balkone. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Koffer kann nach den auschecken aufbewahrt werden. Das Zimmer hatte einen Safe.

Das Internet in meinem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, und auch an den ersten 2 Tagen nicht in der Lobby. Auf mehrmaliges anfragen, hatte ich dann wenigstens Net in der Lobby! Das Hotel ist abgewohnt, und Zimmer hätten eine Renovierung nötig! Der Fernseher in meinem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert.
