Good location not far from the marina and supermarket. Has everything for the comfortable stay.

Strange sound in the wall when the water is flowing. Noisy neighbors (silent hours should be imposed in the apartments)

Location. Free parking on the street, there is also a paid garage nearby but we always managed to park in our street. Clean apt upon arrival. Responsive hosts.

Too short beds for an avg sized adult. Horrible sewer smell from the kitchen if you don't close the door it fills up the entire apt we had to keep to balcony open all the time to reduce the smell. Dated furniture and very squeaky bed. Ultra thin walls you hear everything both from the street as well as other apartments.

Juan and his staff were amazing! I would totally recommend this location for exploring the port and El Cabanyal.

Juan was super helpful and accommodated an early check in for us which was very important as we have a very young child with us. The flat was clean and well maintained.

We spent a week in Valencia and enjoyed every single day. The flat is in a great location, had all we needed, and the service by MacFlats was perfect from start to finish.

Great size. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent quiet location with bars , restaurants and supermarket close by. Everything worked well. Loved the left luggage lockers.

I would suggest a couple of lamps in the sitting room, overhead light quite harsh. And an extra lamp in the bedroom so there is one at either side of the bed. A plug for the kitchen sink would also be useful.

Good location, close to tram, bus and metro stops. Easy access to the beach. Bike rental is very close, bike is the best to explore Valencia. Easy self - checking and good communication with host.

There was smell of sewage in the kitchen, coming from the sink. If you want to rest in quite silence, this is not good place (Daily church bell, children coming ang going from school, quite noisy neighbors, etc)

Juan was extremely kind and helpful. We arrived prior to check-in so our apartment was not ready but he helped us store our luggage and texted us when it was available.

The apartment is great, has everything you need! The location is excellent! Clean and tidy! I would happily stay at this place again! Valencia is a unique city! I highly recommend!❤️

Apartment with very good communication.Metro from aiport straight to apartment with only couple minuts of walk. Very help host, active on whatsapp. Gave us many advices: where to shop, what to see, where to eat. Everything was proffesional.

The apartment is located close to the metro station and the beach. It is perfect if you travel there during the summer. There are lots of cafes/bars around, a supermarket and a market. The apartment is big and it has everything you need. The communication with the hosts was great and they were helpful. The wifi also works good.

The bathroom could really use some improvements. The ceiling is almost falling, it looks bad and there is a mold smell in the bathroom because of that. There is a small water heater which might not be enough for 4 people taking showers. The pipes are making a very very bad noise when the hot water is turned on, which can be very frustrating if you sleep and someone needs to use the water. The sofa on the living room is absolutely uncomfortable and you could barely sleep. There was a constant smell of sewage in the kitchen, coming from the sink. The floors were quite dirty. Overall, it was a decent apartment, considering you have slippers so you don't get your socks dirty, you schedule when to take a shower or use the water and you keep a window open in the kitchen, so it doesn't smell that bad.

This apartment was much bigger than we expected! It was nice to have so much room. The washing machine worked well. It was walking distance to the beach and the marina. Public transport was not far for us to get into the city.

We were only provided with one dishwashing tablet for our stay of 4 nights, so we had to buy our own tablets. The apartment is not serviced.

This is the best place to stay in Valencia! Enormous beautiful apartment with super attentive hosts. The communication over Whatsapp went really great, we could enter the apartment earlier than expected as well as choose the time when it was cleaned. The Cabanyal district is super lovely with great restaurants and close to the beach. Our couple stay was amazing!
